We've been out for a while. Visited some relatives in the Midwestern and now back to our humble abode.
It's only now that I got to read my emails

and respond. That's what happens each time we leave for a short trip. My page rank dropped once more and I don't think I can revive it immediately. Geezz... anyways,.. we had fun in Missouri!!
The main event of our trip was when we climbed to the top of this monument in St. Louis called the Gateway Arch and cruised the Mississippi river aboard Tom Sawyer. Seeing the arch up close and personal reminded me of
blomus stainless steel mailboxes or
stainless steel fireplace accessories. Why?! Because, the arch is made purely with stainless steel, each giant piece weld together. It's a magnificent view from afar.

Can you imagine how it was constructed? The power of engineering... the simple design proved to be deceptive when the builders faced some trouble for keeping the arch safe and steady despite the threats of strong winds. Anyways,.. it's been standing for several decades now, obviously they made a great job!
Inside, I mean, at the basement of this huge structure, lies the souvenir store, the theater and the museum. I lurked around the store when hubby and Tito Tony were getting ticket passes for the tram and the cruise. I saw this aromatherapy burner that resembles those
blomus stainless steel fireplace accessories. So beautiful, I was tempted to buy it but on second thought, I'd rather buy something less expensive.

There's also a miniature
stainless steel mailbox I saw on display for sale.
I already miss Missouri.. Maybe more trips next time~!
